This super agent helped my girlfriend and I sell our old condo....and buy a new house...during a global pandemic….while having our first baby! We started this journey with Brad pre-covid expecting to quickly sell our current place and move into a bigger house before the baby came, no problem. Well then the world changed, everything was delayed, the baby came, and everything was still up in the air. Somehow we managed to get through it all. When my husband and I started looking for our first house, we knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process. We were so lucky when our friends recommended their real estate agent, Brad Gilboe. Brad is one of the best people we've ever worked with -- not just for buying a home, but for anything -- and everyone on the team at Keller Williams was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Brad was with us every step of the way throughout our home-buying journey: when we initially cast a very wide net, when we later set our sights on a very small neighborhood, and when we finally changed our preferences entirely. Brad was open, honest and knowledgeable about every single area we looked in. He attended many open houses with us and always had insightful thoughts and information that helped us decide whether or not to put in an offer. And when our third offer on a house got accepted, Brad was a lifesaver during the escrow period. My husband and I were both busy with work at the time, and things like home inspections and repair credits were totally out of our wheelhouse. But Brad always took the time to check in with us and see if we had any questions. He recommended a great home inspector, and also had a great list of recommendations for anyone we might need for repairs or renovations. Anyone who knows Brad won't be surprised that he has such a large network of people who enjoy working with him, as he is fun to be around and easy to work with.Overall, we loved working with Brad and Keller Williams, and would definitely work with them again whenever we're looking for our next home (though hopefully that won't be for a while!). If you're looking for a real estate agent, we highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience selling our first condo with Brad! We interviewed 5 realtors because we knew what we wanted and Brad delivered on all of it - negotiation, communication, local knowledge, availability and rapport. He expertly guided us through choosing a sale price, timing of listing, preparation and even had his own stager come in and make our place look excellent. His marketing team was a machine and his resources were plentiful. We had multiple offers after the first weekend and sold over asking price. We were also purchasing a property that was contingent on our sale and he worked seamlessly with our buyers agent - a situation that required excellent agents to navigate. Brad is one of the most patient and positive agents I have ever worked with.
